sena 10c pro camera app *not working*
I just received my sena 10c pro and it works great all around. Bluetooth connection to phone is no problem. When I try to use the camera app to view my camera and use the other features it doesn't connect. ive tried the suggestion about uninstall the app reset Bluetooth re-download etc etc.
it says
go to setting wifi on your phone and select 10c pro
enter password ( ive never been asked for a password even connection Bluetooth for phone)
once connected, return to the sena camera app.
i cant get this app to connect to view my camera and share/view videos
please can anyone help with a solution.

Do this. Power the unit on. Then press the camera once to turn the camera on. Then in you’re wifi selection (not Bluetooth) look for the Sena 10cpro and connect to it as WiFi (not Bluetooth) open the camera app and it will connect

Make sure you have not only the unit on but the camera on too. Do you see the 10c pro in you’re wifi selections?

I do see the Sena in my Bluetooth section in my
Phone. I can connect phone to the unit but not the app to the unit. I tested it out made phone calls listened to the radio through the helmet all works great. Just can’t connect the app to see my live feed or save files.0 -
When I get home I have to check this. I was looking under Bluetooth the whole time I had to connect it to the WiFi

Hello, I'm having the same problem, but I can't find the WIFI in my phone WIFI networks, any solution ?

I am having the same problems today. I can see the 10C Pro wifi signal and connect to it, but when I go back to the app, I can't connect, and it loops me back to the beginning of the setup. So frustrated....
