My SENA SRL2 are only good for listening to my radio. No conversation is possible between rider and passenger. Can answer a phone call but they can’t hear me and I can’t hear them. I wished I would have never bought the SENA. My ride is a 2019 Honda Goldwing DCT TOUR. The bike recognizes the headsets and shows they are both paired to the bike. I wanted to be able to talk to my passenger and get phone calls. As is I only have a radio audio receiver. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY

Bbhardison I totally 100% agree, this should have been as least as good as the 20s I have but this thing is a major disappointment. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lee Martin My srl2 intercom works flawlessly. But the battery life is the shortest of any comm system I’ve tried. And it won’t let you use it
While it’s charging. Fundamental flaw. Either make an extended battery available or fix the units so they can be charged while
in use, like almost every single other comm system on the market, including integrated ones. -
Ken Johnson I dont even think they are good for listening to anything - tinniest speakers ever, sad and total waste of $$ - cant return bummer

Rodunash I have had an issue where one speaker fails
Factory reset by dealer fixed it, have had to reset again
Bought with Shoie GT Air 2 recently
FM reception is poor and speakers barely adequate
Disappointed
