Sena 30k Music interrupt on wind

Hello, i m using the SENA 30k with Samsung s10.

When I hear music with spotify, the music will interrupt on any noice, wind or singing. So Music stops and is starting when it is calm enough.

This is only when playing Music. When i hear Radio, FM, there is no interruption.

Pleas help me!

  Felix try turning off the VOX intercom or turning down the sensitivity.

  Hi Felix. Spencer is correct. Make sure that VOX Intercom is not enabled on the headset. If it is then you can adjust the Intercom VOX Sensitivity to prevent the wind from automatically reducing the music while riding.

  Thanks, VOX is off. After reset and still off. Same problem. After all i sent back for waranty.
