Wasted 4 hours trying to connect original 10c to Device Manager software

Tried on 3 different PC's (windows 10, 7) with USB 2.0 and 3 Mac's OS 10 (with USB 2.0) ... used at least 9 different USB cables including the original SENA cable.  Still not working (this device/software/driver is simply F^&ked!).

 

Why doesn't SENA do this through their phone APPs?  it would be much easier and faster.  I've had it for several years and have always had ergonomic issues using this during my rides.

 

If this software is not updated and fixed within the next few months, I have finally decided to drive over the goddam device and start looking at other brands!
