30k firmware 3.1.1 update - low battery warning
Last week i updated both of my 30k headsets to the most recent firmware version. At the same time, one of my headsets started acting as if the battery was dead. I charged it up, turned it on, and it immediately said "low battery" and turned off. I thought that maybe the battery had gone bad, so i purchased a new one and installed it, but received the same result, so it appears to be a software issue. Just to confirm this, I put both the old and new batteries on my multimeter, and they registered 3.65 and 3.67volts, which is right on the money. The headset will stay on if i leave it plugged in to the charger, but it turns off as soon as I disconnect. I've tried the fault reset and the factory reset, but neither changed the outcome. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue?

- I too have that problem. The one set that let me update the software, its battery wears down faster than it ever did before. My wifes 30k wont update the software for some reason. It starts then fails... but, her battery lasts and lasts like mine did before the update.
