I have an SR10 blue tooth radio adapter and the firmware is 3.1 at the moment. I am trying to update the firmware to the latest 5.2 and when I connect it to the Sena download manager on my windows desktop, it recognises the SR10 and asks me if I want to update the firmware to the latest 5.2. I click yes to proceed and the process bar gets to 9%  and it will go no further, I left it overnight but when I returned I get no progress. Anyone know how I can get around this impasse please??
