60s keeps loosing Mesh connection

My 1 month old 60s keeps loosing the Mesh (open) connection (2.0) when communicating with a group. If I switch to Mesh (no matter which channel) everything is working fine for a few minutes. I can hear and talk to everyone as it should be. After a few minutes or even seconds, I can't hear anyone anymore. If I disable Mesh and restart again, it is working for another few minutes. Any suggestions? Or is it a guarantee case?

  Yep, no influence as far as I can tell. Support told me to reset the mesh and the headset itself - still the same issue.

  Maybe... I didn't have a chance to try since almost everyone is still using 2.0 - but since I have paid like 400€ I expect everything to work properly 🤔

  Yes, that makes sense. But still nothing to expect for such a device. The ticket is currently being reviewed by someone. I will provide some info as soon as they come around again.
