Earmuff Cradle Doesn’t work with 50S (SP75)

Sounds like a firmware or compatibility issue with the SP75. I'd try a firmware update and check the cradle contacts. If no luck, Sena support might be the best bet. Good luck!

The Earmuff Cradle is not compatible with the 50S (SP75) due to size/design differences You'll need a specific mount made for the 50S.

Since the cradle works with your 30K and 50S SP113, the issue may be with compatibility or firmware on the 50S SP75. Try updating the SP75 to the latest firmware using the Sena Device Manager. Also, check that the cradle is seated properly and that all contact points are clean. If the issue persists, contacting Sena support directly might help clarify if there’s a known compatibility issue with the SP75 version.

Having the same problem with my 50S. 20S Evo works just fine but I have nothing with my 50S.

Parag Garg after troubleshooting and contacting support, Sena Technologies has absolutely failed on this product. Not all versions of units are supported, as one would think, looking through the materials and marketing for the Earmuff Cradle. I don't know specifically for other detachable models, however, the SP75 version of the 50S in incompatible with the Earmuff Cradle due to the pin sizing. The SP113 version of the 50S is compatible, as you're experiencing.
I have seen reports across other platforms that other unit types (30K, 20S, etc) are not compatible with the Earmuff Cradle, most likely due to the updates in pin locations on newer models. Sena shouldn't claim on marketing materials and product information for the Earmuff Cradle that it supports the models it does, when that is simply untrue. Only specific sub models of those listed work.
