Warranty process difficult and cumbersome and disappointing
anyone that is floating through here looking for reviews, here is one. My experience and my opinion. I purchased two helmets, both M1 EVO, one medium and one large, also purchased a set of Bikom 20. I have been mostly happy with the products UNTIL.....the adjustment buckle broke on the medium helmet after only a few uses. it is a known problem on their helmets, and would be covered under warranty since I purchased them only a few short months ago. I sent a request, we had some discussion, they asked for photos, SN and such, normal stuff. sent all. 15 days ago they said they would send an RMA but I would have to pay for shipping to return. that is disappointing, but I don't have a choice, the adjustment is important for both safety and comfort. two weeks later, I am still waiting for an RMA and an address to ship to. no response, have tried several times to email and message through the website and no response. I have decided to sell these on FB marketplace and go with Cardo on a Smith Helmet. it is easier, and the reviews on their sites say they have a great warranty dept. I highly recommend you go elsewhere, SENA is un-responsive and dont stand behind their products. very disappointed.
