Please note my issue below;

-I manage to connect to my Stryker's Wi-Fi

-I am then asked to connect the helmet to a Wi-Fi

-At this step I choose the Wi-Fi with internet (my home internet) enter the password and then the screen greys out a little with a loading circle spinning as if the software is trying to connect the helmet to the wifi.

-Then spinning stops, phone disconnects from Stryker's wi-fi, and the software reverts back to troubleshooting screen.

What happens is the helmet does not manage to connect to my home wifi - password is correct, everything is in order.

Can you please help?
