Hey, Sena community,

I've been having a strange issue with my Sena 30K—it doesn't always charge when I plug it in. Sometimes the red LED comes on, sometimes it doesn't. I've tried:

• Different USB cables and wall adapters
• Charging via my laptop vs wall outlet
• Holding the phone button while plugging in (read that on another post)

I'm still getting inconsistent results. Sometimes, it charges overnight; other times, it doesn't charge at all. It's super frustrating when heading out for long rides.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Could this be a firmware bug, a bad battery, or a damaged port?

I'm on firmware v3.3, and everything else works fine when it's powered up.

I would appreciate any advice or fixes before I reach out to support directly.
