Sometimes, it works, and most times, it doesn't. We've had the helmets for over 1,000 miles of riding for a few months. With persistence, I've been able to connect the intercom with my rider most of the time. A couple of times, I lost control of my volume. Volume up or down didn't work.  A power cycle was the only fix. We've attempted to share music, and it's a lost cause. After some magical fiddling, we got music playing, but returning to the intercom is impossible, and vice versa. The instructions are simple enough; they just don't work. Yes, we are using the latest firmware verified by the BoomAudio Device Manager. 

Does anyone actually have success with this Sena model? We've used others and had no issues like this.
