Hi.

This is the second SMARTHJC 21B I've purchased. I returned the first, but the same problem occurs with the second.

Every time I go on a motorcycle trip and connect to a friend's Cardo 4X, after a while, my 21B shuts down and then won't turn on. I can only turn it back on by resetting it with a paper clip.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

PS: All my friends use Cardo 4X and I don't know anyone else with a Sena intercom, so I can't do any more testing.
