Hello Sena

Just as many many equipment manufacturers have publicly available software and firmware for their products, Sena should consider this option too. It should be available for Sena users to download firmware for their specific product for which they payed for

Latest Sena device manager even has no BROWSE option to browse older firmware and flash it to the device

I have Sena Spider ST1 and RT1 devices and last year when I updated the devices to their latest versions, some things were worst that it has been and some things didn't work and there was problems with the sound or triggering the mic

So I managed to find online firmwares for ST1 and RT1 and flashed it back to older version and the devices worked excellent after that

Recently I bought two brand new ST1 and could not pair them with the older devices that I have because MESH 2.0 and MESH 3.0 problem so I downgraded both new devices and now all work and communicate fine

Make available firmware for every device and bring back the BROWSE option in Sena device manager and trust me you will have more happy and satisfied customers and Sena product users

I hope someone reads this and I am looking for an answer from Sena
