Restart your phone and your Sena unit. Charge to 100%.

Update firmware with Sena Device Manager (desktop) or the Sena app (mobile).

Remove old Bluetooth pairings on both phone and Sena, then pair again.

Test with another phone to rule out app or OS issues.

Check speaker placement and mic boom position; small shifts change volume a lot.

Turn off other nearby headsets during pairing to avoid conflicts.
