Yo tengo el mismo problema con mis dos Sena 30K en actualizar a v3.5 se detiene cuando llega al 15% Que soluciòn piedo tener, gracias.

Charge your Sena 30K fully first. Then, try a different USB 2.0 port and the original Sena cable. If it's still stuck, perform a "Fault Reset" using a paperclip in the pinhole on the back while it's still plugged in and the Sena Device Manager is showing the error.
