Just bought Sena 30K
No radio and bad connectivity with rider 550

I just bought a new Sena 30K for the mesh technology and for the radio for commuting to work.
My tomtom rider 550 will connect but after either the sena or tomtom has been shut down i have to pair again how come.
And also big reason i bought this one was because of the radio functionality but i can not get it to work while it should work the same way as my older sena smh5fm what is up with that?
