Good afternoon. I bought a new Sena 60S, connected it via bluetooth to my phone and installed the Sena app. I didn't have any problems until I checked the calls - the microphone doesn't work at all. I tried it on 2 other phones and tried changing the microphones (I put them on the second base). It's just that the other person doesn't hear me. There is also no recording in other voice recorder applications. I have tried various settings in the application without changes. Is there a solution to this problem, or is it a hardware defect and only a replacement?
