Dear Sena Team,

I recently purchased the Sena E30 and have been enjoying using it. However, I was disappointed to find that it doesn't include English voice prompts.

I'm writing not only for myself but also for many other riders. The Sena E30 is an excellent communication device, but many users from around the world rely on English as their primary or secondary language. Currently, the available voice prompts are limited to a small number of regional languages and adding it would make the Sena E30 much easier and more enjoyable to use for many customers.

I understand that developing new features takes time and effort, but I truly hope you will consider adding English language support through a future firmware update. It would make a big difference for existing users and would likely encourage more riders to choose the Sena E30.

I chose Sena because of its reputation for quality and innovation, and I hope you'll continue listening to your community. Even a simple firmware update with English voice prompts would show that you value your customers' feedback.
