Sena 50 Utility APP not seeing my 50S unit

Hi 

I have recently replaced my older 50S unit (faulty battery) for the latest Harman/Kardon one and I cannot get the SENA 50 Utility APP to connect to the unit. I have downloaded latest sena Bluetooth manager and shows that latest version available for my unit is 2.0 and the unit is on 2.0. when I am looking for the unit in the APP (parring mode) and selecting it nothing is happening. Unit says "phone connected", I can call and listen to the music, I can connect to other sena units fine. Just cannot see my 50S connected to the SENA 50 Utility APP. has anybody else experienced this? have you got any suggestions?

  Just an update. instead of 50 utility APP I have installed the SENA Motorcycles APP and SENA is connecting straight away with no issues. Looking through the google play store looks like there is a number of SENA APP's
