Same support person is working on my issue also.

They just closed the issue saying my iPhone is the problem since I won't wipe it and do a restore.

I also upgraded all and had the same crash. I'm going to wait for iOS 8 next week and see if that solves the issue before I do a restore.

After upgrading my iPhone to iOS 8 the issue is resolved.

I have also reported this issue. Just upgraded the app to 1.3 and the problem still exists. I'm running ios 7.1.2, 20s firmware 1.1.1 and app ver 1.3

I was asked to send in a crash report which I did on Friday. Lets see what they can make of the issue now that they have actual data on the crash.

I changed my connections and have the Zumo as the second phone. That solved all the issues you describe above.
