Yeah, I did get a nice set of Arizona Al custom plugs, and I use them, but really what's the point of the Sena if you need to donk around with more wires?

Did Sena and the OP ever talk? if it helps matters, I use an iPhone 4. OP doesn't say what kind of phone, but Christian Aasland has the problem with Android too. Again, PHONE and COM are fine, A2DP...
