Quick update of myself: the PTT lead on the SR10 cable does close a circuit to GND, so connecting should be as simple as connecting two resistors in parallel to the SR10 cable GND lead, and connect...

The pinout for the FTM10 mentions that you connect the Yaesu FTM10 pin 4 and 5 to GND with resistors in between. The pinout for the SR10 only mentions the PTT pin. Can I therefore assume I need to ...
