I am having this exact problem. It's like a circular process, where I tells me to power off the 50S and connect it, but when I do, it won't see it.

I emailed support. It took a bit, so be patient. But they got it done.

My experience was the same as Brian’s. Sena replaced mine, even though I could not find proof of purchase. Now it works perfectly.
