Douglas, I've tried this also. no joy :-(Hope sena comes with a solution soon!

Same problem, updated to 3.0.1, lost all audio.Reverted back to 2.3, didn't solve the problem.Still have no audio, phone is connected.Don't even have audio when turning the 10c on. No voice saying ...
