After doing a reset the speed dial works fine on all three numbers.

The Sena 20S Evo does voice dialing for three presets.  You have to know which preset you have programed to what number because the command is "Dial Preset One"  or "Dial Preset Two" However so far...

Sena makes a intercom for use with a half helmet that doesn't need to be mounted on the helmet.  Look up the SPH10.  They also have an industrial model mounted in hearing protection the TuffTalk.

3. A headband kit to be able to use SMH10 like an SPH10 for non motorcycle helmet applications.

I too would like to see such a kit.  Any idea when it will be available?
