Please make sure that the firmware is up to date by using the Sena Device Manager. If it's not using the latest firmware, then update the headset. After updating the firmware, perform a Factory Reset.

If you do not need to update the firmware, then perform a Factory Reset nonetheless. After the reset, power on the headset and make sure that the Sidetone feature is disabled. You can use the Sena Device Manager, the Sena Smartphone App or the Configuration Menu on the headset to change disable this feature.

If you are still having problems then please contact our Technical Support department by visiting https://support.sena.com/hc/en-us and submit a Help Desk ticket for warranty service.

I seem to be having the same problem with my 20S. I have sidetone disabled & I still hear my radio just a very tiny bit in the speakers in my helmet.  The only thing I am using the 20S at this time is intercom with my passenger behind me. I even hear it when my radio on my bike is turned down low. Aggravating & annoying!

i have the same problem with my S10, i heard a feedback on my speakers, and also can't hear my passenger, (she had a SMH10) but she can hear me.

i tried disabled and turn on all the options, but still not working

the intercoms are paired with the phones ok, but we can not used to talk.

i tried doing a a factory reset, firmware new and reset the firmware, with the two headset, with the SENA device manager and with de APP (IOS)   and nothing work
