Contact Sena's customer support by email. Also, check your warranty information. I forget the details, but you might be in very good shape for help.

If it has been sitting out for long, the battery is completely discharged. Try to leave it in the charger longer. The small charge light is right next to the charger plug on the 20S.

You can also hit the reset hole on the 20S several times.

My  20s is having the same problem.  I have not checked it today but it has been on the charger since Sunday and it still refuses to power on.  Kind of disappointed at this point.

If the battery doesn't take a charge in a few hours, it never will. Lion and LiPo batteries fail if they're discharged and not recharged almost immediately. Full discharge will reduce the service life, but the battery will still function. In short, if the battery's been dead for a long time, it's dead, period.

Seems to be the case.  Submitted warranty claim this morning.

    Thanks for the reply.

Had the same issue, not charging or turning on. Replaced the battery and it switched on fine. It seems since then the battery has discharged and the unit will not switch on or charge.

Seems like there is a short somewhere discharging the battery. Has anyone had a similar experience? Sena is currently out of warranty unfortunately so hoping for an easy fix. Thanks

So I picked up my 20s after almost 10 years of not riding. Plugged it in to charge and no led indicating it's charging.

The basic solution is plug in any micro USB cable to an ac wall adapter and plug it into the unit as if you are charging it. Grab a toothpick and press the factory reset button. After the second or third press the red led came on indicating it's charging....I will wait for it to fully charge before I turn it on

Thanks randy. It seems with this one there's a problem with the charging circuit somewhere. I'm pretty sure if I put a new battery in again it will work, but I can't recharge the battery again via a USB cable

I got it to turn on but the issue I'm having now is updating firmware. It won't take and then it goes back to no led . I have to push the reset button to get it to turn on again.
