"Unit does not show any signs of charging the red/blue led does not light using separate and verified cords and chargers. The unit does not power on in anyway. tried the reset with paper clip and no response from unit. Tried with it plugged in to computer and without being connected,"
THIS JUST WASTED ANOTHER DAY! CANT YOU JUST PLEASE GIVE ME A RMA SO AS TO NOT WASTE YOURS AND MY TIME WITH REDUNDANCY. I've sent you the receipt for purchase, the model number, the serial number, tried your suggestions to no avail and explained that IT DOES NOTHING. Nada, it is dead RIP send me a RMA PLEASE.

By the way, have you tried to charge your unit with different types of USB Cables?
When you charge your unit with the USB Cable that comes in the box and it does not work, you can also try different cables.Let me know if you have tried that, and if that works. Thank You.Have a nice day!

Thank you for contacting Sena Technologies Support.
We understand that you have a problem with your 20S , and we deeply apologize for whatever inconvenience it has caused you.
Just a few reminder,
1.) Make sure that you charged the battery properly. Approximately, it would
take 2.5 hours for the battery to be fully charged.
2.) Make sure you that the USB cord/wire you are using for charging the device
is the correct one.
3.) In charging the device, kindly try to plug it into another Powerline, as
one of the Powerlines that you tried to charge the device from may be the one
that is causing the issue.
Additionally, Try to perform Fault Reset while it is connected to the computer.:
When the device is not working properly or is in faulty status for any reason, you may reset by pushing the pin-hole reset button at the back of the headset main unit. Insert a paper clip into the reset pinhole and press the reset button for a second with light pressure. The headset will be switched off, and you have to turn the system back on and try again. However, this will not restore the headset to factory default settings.
