    Which part did you put pressure on? I have dismantled it tried to push the joint but still nothing. Where is approximately the mesh communication chip located?

    Unfortunately, I was not able to fix my Sena. I have tried upgrade, downgrade, chanel switch, everything that Sena team has suggested, however without any results.

    Sandro How did you manage to dongrade to c 3.3.1. I have tthe exact same problem and could not find any solution.  Thanks.
