I had the same problem, updated mine 2 weeks ago and they are great. No problems ay all after the update

just updated mine. no issues at all. did 2 units in less than 10 minutes

Brand new unit, lots of static and popping. Would like to know what sena has plans to do to fix this.smh10-11.
