I don't know the button sequence to start a speed dial, but I guess I should be able to do it while driving. I can perfectly well activate google Assistant and try the method you recommend.

Thanks for the feedback, but what is the command to initiate a phone call in this case? It says "Hey Sena", but then what are the words to initiate a call to the registered number?
