I think the issue might be related to pairing mode, using Universal Intercom Pairing should help fix the connection problem.

Sadly, I still couldn’t get my Sena to work. I followed all the suggestions from the support team, including upgrading, downgrading, and changing channels, but none of them solved the issue.

That’s not entirely accurate. The 60S with Mesh 30 transitions seamlessly between Wave and Mesh. So my question is: will there be a future update for the SC2 to enable the same functionality?

That sounds really frustrating. For the price of these helmets, you'd expect better support. Let us know if the battery replacement fixes it—I'm considering one too but this gives me pause.
