Sena changed my device. After arriving, they told me I could update the firmware. Same issue!!!! I could revert it by installing the 1.1 firmware, I had a copy of this version on my pc. This is crazy

Exactly the same problem! I think with the new one I won't upgrade it. Anyway, is there any way to contact Sena directly?

Thanks a lot for your answer. I could return my 10C, it was still on time to do it, so I´ll try the new one. Hopefully it will work!!!
