Ah, to bad this didn't work for you sounds very similar to issue I was having. I would do a factory reset on the devices and very important to reinstall Sena Manager, start from scratch. good luck!

Hello, I just recently purchased a 50S and had issue connecting my Windows 10 PC using Sena manager to the 50s device. The package comes with two USB cables one has a Wi-Fi adapter built in the cab...
