John I just had contact via chat with Sena and informed about this post. The guy is going to inform tier2 tech team. I hope this will be fixed with firmware update, else we have a useless 5S.

I just read this post and as I have a S10e also, I tested it. Shoot indeed the 5S crashes. It completely goes dead! (power down) Now I realize what issue I had during a ride, couldn't see it crashi...
