I suggest that Sena address some of the appeals for help on the forum. I have found many requests for help which have been ignored. Anybody else feel the same?

Hi Sena, you have a great product, but I can't upgrade because your manager fails to open the USB port. Please fix this. I can't connect to my TOM TOM GPS until the upgrade is done. Thanks
