OK...I just want to do the V5.0 upgrade! I re-registered and am tired of all the turnstiles. Why can't you just email me the URL and instructions to download and install this upgrade??? Whit Brown

I have the same complaint with my SMH10. When we're all close, like 10 to 20 feet we can all communicate, but when it gets out to ~50' the received audio is mushy and sounds like a torn 2" speaker.

My SMH10 received intercom audio becomes unintelligible greater than 50', they say my xmit audio is fine. The received audio from other paired users sounds raspy like listening through a torn 2" sp...
