Make sure you have not only the unit on but the camera on too. Do you see the 10c pro in you’re wifi selections?

Read the entire complaint. It’s the static is ONLY IN INTERCOM MODE. I’m assuming you are not in intercom mode commuting

I have the same exact setup and issues. Lots of static  Espically when listening to music. I also have a thread on this without a response. Frustrating to say the least
