Fault Reset

If the BiKom 20 is on but not responding, you can perform a fault reset to restore normal functionality.

Ensure the USB-C charging cable is disconnected, then press and hold the (+) button and center button simultaneously for 8 seconds.

All settings will remain unchanged.
