Fault Reset

If the NAUTITALK CREW is on but unresponsive, you can perform a fault reset to restore functionality.

Ensure the USB-C charging cable is disconnected, then press and hold the (+) and center button simultaneously for 8 seconds until it restarts.

All settings will remain unchanged.
