My SRL has been unused for a while, so I needed to swap out the battery.
I've done that and charged the new battery, but when I plug the SRL into the cable on my PC, to update the firmware, I get to 'ding' that shows it's been recognised by the PC and then a couple of seconds later it dings again.
When I try and update the firmware, I get a message 'Failed to update firmware. Cannot get status'
I've tried other USB ports and various cables, but to no avail.
Can anyone suggest a course of action ?
