Sena 10c won't update or record

So i have a sena 10c and i have tryed several times to record with it (no luck). When i turn the camra on it says "camra on" when i hold to record its just says a smal short "beep". if i try to hold the camra button to access the menu to format the sd card its just gives me the same "beep" i have tryed with 3 different sd cards 1: scandisk 32gb 2: samsung class 10 3:sony 8gb

At this point i thought it would be a good idea to re update the firmware, but when i try to update it just says failed firmware corrupted. i have tryed more times then i can count with all the sd cards and i even tryed the trouble shoot on sena's own page multiple times (again didn't work) the error comes at 8%

What was the solution to this problem? I'm having the same issue. Have contacted Sena but without proof of purchase, that I can't find, they won't help anymore.

Hola. Tengo el mismo problema y ya intente todo pero sigue sin funcionar.
