Brand new S-20 left speaker not working

I just installed the S-20 last night and have tried it with Freewire and my phone and am getting little or no sound out of the left speaker.

  I have the same problem. Have you found a solution? 

  I bought my Sena 20S on Black Friday last year.

  I had this a couple of times when the device is not fully seated on the mount. you may tray taking it off and on again while making sure it's seated fully.

  I unscrewed the mounting bolts, wiggled it a little and the left speaker came on. There must be some sort of short in the wiring. I tightned everything back up and it has been working since.

  Had the same problem, pushing the unit firmly down into the clamp made it work, dont help unscreewing the mounting bolt. Ended up pushing one of the rubber things between the helmet and the the unit which makes the unit press harder onto the clamps electrical prongs,clearly a poorly mechanical design.
