SMH10 no sound, brand new
Brand new out of the box, installed in my new Bell helmet.
No menu audio, no bluetooth audio, and firmware upgraded.
Seriously, I should have just lit my money on fire.

I had a similar issue as well. It works when you try to connect it outside of the helmet and not while it is installed. I also noticed it was still trying to pair to my other sena I had that is why the bluetooth piece was not working when I told it to forget the other one it worked. Have you tried that? I have a sena smh 10 and a bell helmet full face. It will never work though after I try to install it into my helmet but outside of the helmet it does. No software is needed I was told.
