Mine did the same a year ago. There was no fix. Replaced under warranty. Friends with these have had no problems with theirs. Just a few of us are unlucky? Would be interesting to know what the cause for this is and if it is repairable in the future. The c10 EVO might not be something I need especially if the image cannot be leveled.

Well that sucks. I've had mine for about a 16 months and its been working up until this weekend. I reset to factory settings and did a hard reset. Nothing. I get the prompt for camera 'ON'. I press the button and no matter how long i do it the unit will not record. I cant get to the 'video recording on' voice prompt. My SD cards are formatted correctly so I know its not that, besides the prompt will usually say 'memory full'. What gives ?

Any recommendations from the forum regarding what BRAND i should buy next ? I dont want to have a GoPro hanging off my helmet. I may not want another SENA if they continue to have quality issues.

Hi folks, I'm experiencing a slightly different issue, after a year of use, my camera button is not activating the camera functions at all, the other two buttons controlling FM, Bluetooth Call & Intercom are working fine but not the camera button.  Any advice from other customers or Sena??  PS I bought this unit from Cycle Gear with a 24 month protection plan which I will use to get a replacement, but curious if this has been a problem for others.

I'm having the exact same issue, but i'm not sure that mine is even under warranty any longer. Crap. Means I have $400 glorified BT helmet speakers.

Hi DR, I called the Cycle Gear, only two units left in National inventory, I'm going to wait until the 10c EVO comes into production, which has better features.  Possibly Sena might be able to repair your unit for a reasonable fee, the camera micro switch became half separated from the main board, I was able to repair mine but you'll need jewelers tool set (tiny torx or straight blade) gently bend switch body back into position, then a drop of solder at one corner or super glue to hold switch body to board might be possible. For anyone NOT experiencing this problem, be gentle with force on the switch.
