FAIL TO RECOGNIZE DEVICE- CAN'T OPEN USB.

After trying three different computers and no respons from the device, I mailed the helpdesk. THey would call me tonight.

As I had a little brainwave before the call, I changed the micro usb cable that was delivered with the 10c and used an old cable (from my previous sena smh5)

and guess,...... tatatatatataaaaaa............... it functioned, no problem at all.

  I did the same (I have a Sena 5), retrieved the cable from the Sena box and it worked. Update froze at 3% A blank drop-down box appeared.Just as a try I pressed and held power-up. Update continued. At 98% same thing and it completed. With the second device the same thing but the drop=down box now said press and hold the phone button. This transpired to be the red button. at 82% same thing only this time the box said joggle and phone buttons together. Update completed successfully. So thank you M4rkbos!
