20S Intercom Volume is too low
Hi,
I m newly owner Sena 20s.And I have problems on thats.
At the intercom conversations voice level is too low even at max volume. When make an intercom conversation we need to set volume higher but during intercom conversation if i recive any phone call my ears are expoding ... Sound is too high and need to set volume half or more down. I tried this with universal intercom. My budy uses chinese brand intercom device. When we pair via universal intercom we can talk but i can hear his voice is well but my voice level is low on his device. We tried 4 way conversation with 2 sena 20s and 2 other x brand. Other x brands voices more higer than senas :( i can hear on my sena other brand as well in the group chat but at the same volume level i cant hear other sena 20s like x brand. This is same on the x brand headphones too. X brand can easly hear other X brand but Cant hear Senas 20s like other x brand at same volume level. This is not acceptable for this product because Senas more expensive others. And sena offers up to 2 km intercom range ( That is first reason to Buy SENA 20S) i wasnt except 2 km but real is Intercom range Below 300 meters on open highway without traffic :( I can accept range if sound can be fixed or i will try refund request for faulty product description for deceit to costumer.

I have trouble with volume using the Freewire, can never get it loud enough. Have had some problems with hearing and talking using the intercom function, but have not had a lot of time yet to play with the setup. As it stands now I will probably get some good ear plugs and skip the speakers that are not not loud enough. Hope the ear plugs get more sound or going 70 down the road will just be static.......'

If you have more than 4 intercom connections going on at a time then id suggest you to deactivate the HD intercom option from the device manager. This will not only save a lot of battery but would also help you to maintain the connection strength with other connected users.
Hope that helps!
