I work at a large Fortune 500 manufacturing company.  We need a way to conduct conversations with 2-4 people on the noisy manufacturing floor PLUS join in remote participants from our corporate engineering office through a smartphone app.  Our current virtual meeting app is Microsoft Skype for Business, which is most popular among companies our size.

I have successfully paired a Honeywell Sync Wireless BT headset to my iPhone running the Skype meeting and had a great conversation.  But I really need the ability to have 2-4 headsets talking through that same single iPhone app.  I don't want to have every individual join the same meeting from their own smartphone/app.
