Schuberth C4 + SC1 bad communication

Hi Sena,

i have the new helmet C4 from Schuberth.

its a nice helmet but the communication system is very bad. i try to make a telephone call. but they cannot here me.

i also have a Shoei helmet with a  10c. this one has no issues. reception is clear.

please help
